We all need to eat more vegetables! They are delicious! I'm not a vegetarian, but I've got some concerns about how much meat we are consuming in the west and how that meat is raised. So here you will find lots of veggies in my recipes. Sometimes I use meat and fish too. I choose wild caught and pasture raised meats whenever I can. We choose to eat less meat so we can afford better meat with a better quality of life for the animals we do consume.
We don't consume gluten at our house, for that reason you will find that my recipes call for only gluten free flours and ingredients. Most of the food we eat is naturally gluten free, but some recipes will call for gluten free flours. In general, you can substitute gluten containing pastas for gluten free pastas.
