Making it easy to eat better!
Me too! I started this blog because I was searching for ways to save time and energy while serving nourishing family dinners all week long. So I started planning 5 dinners per week and making one shopping list. It dramatically trimmed my grocery budget, and saved me lots of time. Now I'm going to share my weekly dinner plans with you! Check back often, as I will be posting new seasonal plans and shopping lists. They will stay on the site, so you can repeat a week you like anytime.
Dinner plans, done!
For my family I choose to make veggie forward meals, and that's what you will find here. Lots of veggies, a little meat, options for vegetarians, and the occasional pasta or other grain. Some of the recipes will be ones I have developed, but I'll also include recipes from other food bloggers I love in my weekly plans.
As a mom I know that our best efforts at serving up nutritious food can feel wasted if we can't get our kiddos on board at meal time. While I can't guarantee that your kid will love everything on the menu, I put lots of thought into creating and suggesting recipes that are flavorful, colorful and interesting for all ages. My daughter has enjoyed everything posted here!
